Linden flower Monastery Simonos Petras
The linden flower is an aromatic herb that acts as a diuretic and expectorant, it calms the nerves and lowers the blood pressure, increases perspiration, helps with spasms and improves digestion. It is also good for internal use and it is very beneficial for problems concerning high blood pressure, arteriosclerosis, heart and digestive anomalies that are followed by unrest, urinary inflammations, flu, respiratory problems, migraines, tension and headaches.
