"It is Lazarus Saturday and in Mykonos, according to the island's custom, Mrs Despina is preparing Lazarakia. By mistake, one of her Lazaraki falls into a pot of boiling tomato juice and turns red. Immediately the others start making fun of it. He, distressed, runs away from the rest of the group and, with the help of a cinnamon stick during Holy Week, travels around the Cyclades trying to find something to prove to his brothers that they are not really any different from each other. During his journey, he learns about the customs of each island and slowly realizes the importance of the Resurrection.
