Monastic wine of exceptional quality from traditional Athonite black grapes of the Tzortzidika variety, which were brought to Mount Athos by Russian monks from Georgia and cultivated by the monks of Holy Cell of Saint Nicholas without chemicals and preservatives.

Rosé wine has some of the qualities of red wine but is lighter and has less alcohol. It is low in calories and contains anti-inflammatory compounds that help lower bad cholesterol (LDL). Also, rosé wine contains more resveratrol than white wine and potassium which lowers blood pressure. It can be paired with white meats, pasta with white sauce and seafood.
