Chestnut honey is produced from the nectar of the chestnut tree with a high content of pollen grains. Its colour is an intense dark brown and its aroma is heavy with a strong bitter-sweet taste. Chestnut honey enhances human memory, treats dry skin and helps reduce bad cholesterol.
