Epifanis athonite red dry wine is produced from the fifteen-year-old vines of Mylopotamos and specifically from the Limnio and Merlot varieties. It has a deep red colour. On the nose (bouquet) we detect dried plums, red fruits and spices. On the palate it has a robust body, generous structure with rich tannins, harmoniously polymerized, balanced acidity and a lingering sweet aftertaste.

A wine with great surface area and with a lot of promise for lovers of the genre who want wines older than ten years in their cellar. If you decant it in a carafe before drinking it, it will "open up" and give you all its aromas. Enjoy it at 16 - 18 degrees. Vinified in temperature-controlled winemakers for three weeks. After malolactic fermentation, it was transferred to new French oak barrels for 24 months.
