The Holy Pentecost is a major despotic feast of Christianity and is considered the Birthday of the Church. According to tradition, on this day, the apparition of the Holy Spirit to the Apostles took the form of fiery tongues and the first Church of Christ was founded in Jerusalem.
The Holy Pentecost is celebrated 49 days after Easter and in the Churches are celebrated the Vespers with the Kneeling Prayers.
